Could you please clarify if the NEO blockchain is operating on the Ethereum network? I've heard both NEO and Ethereum are popular platforms for decentralized applications, but I'm unsure if they're interconnected. Are NEO tokens compatible with Ethereum wallets? Does NEO utilize the same consensus mechanism as Ethereum, such as Proof of Work or Proof of Stake? Furthermore, are there any bridges or interoperability solutions that allow for cross-chain transactions between NEO and Ethereum?
